After spending over a decade working alongside entrepreneurs and executives, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: brilliant founders drowning in operational work. They were spending 60+ hours a month on tasks that had nothing to do with growing their business — booking flights, chasing vendors, managing inboxes, coordinating schedules.
