Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment to give the relationship time to develop. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
How quickly can I get started?
After your fit call, we can have you onboarded within 48 hours for Essential and Executive plans. White-Glove may take up to one week for the additional setup required.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days' notice. We'll adjust your service level seamlessly.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If we don't save you meaningful time in the first 30 days, we'll work with you to fix it or part ways with no hard feelings.
