Getting Started
After your fit call, we build a custom operations playbook documenting your preferences, systems, tools, and priorities. Your dedicated EA reviews everything and is briefed before your first working day together. Most clients are fully onboarded within 48 hours.
For Essential and Executive plans, we can have you onboarded within 48 hours of your fit call. White-Glove Concierge may take up to one week due to the additional setup and backup EA assignment.

Service & Scope
Your EA can handle calendar management, inbox triage, travel booking, vendor coordination, meeting prep, project tracking, CRM updates, research, data gathering, and much more. If it's an operational or administrative task, chances are we can handle it.
Executive and White-Glove plans include a dedicated EA who works exclusively with you. Essential plans use a fractional model where your EA supports a small number of clients, but you always have a consistent point of contact.
Essential: Monday–Friday, standard business hours. Executive: Monday–Friday, extended hours with priority response. White-Glove: Includes after-hours and weekend priority support for urgent needs.
Pricing & Commitment
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment to give the relationship time to develop and show results. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
We bill monthly, upfront, via auto-pay. First month is paid before onboarding begins. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days' notice. We'll adjust your service level seamlessly — no disruption to your operations.
We offer a pause option for up to 30 days per year for vacations or business transitions. Your EA remains assigned to you during the pause.
Trust & Security
Every EA signs a comprehensive NDA before starting. We use enterprise-grade security tools, encrypted communication channels, and strict access controls. Your data and business information are protected at every level.
If the fit isn't right, we'll reassign you to a new EA at no additional cost. We want the relationship to work as much as you do. If we can't find the right match, we'll part ways with no hard feelings.
Executive and White-Glove plans include backup coverage. Your backup EA is briefed on your operations playbook and can step in seamlessly. Essential plans include coverage for planned absences.
AI & Automation
We build practical automation systems including CRM pipeline management, automated follow-up sequences, client onboarding workflows, reporting dashboards, and workflow integrations between your tools. We use platforms like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make.com, and custom solutions.
Not at all. We handle everything — from strategy to build to ongoing management. You tell us what problems you want solved, and we design and implement the systems. You just see the results.
